The gastronomic and beer tour in the medieval village and at the castle of Roccascalegna

The gastronomic and beer tour in the medieval village and at the castle of Roccascalegna offers a unique experience for guests passionate about gastronomy and craft beer in Abruzzo. The meeting point is at the Tap Room of the Micro Brewery Delphin in Roccascalegna, from where the guide will accompany the participants to the artisan village of the Medieval Castle of Roccascalegna, all the way up to the castle.

After the visit, the participants will return to the Tap Room, where they can access the terrace or the interior to receive the "box experience" and take part in a craft beer tasting session. The tasting will include three beers and will be accompanied by typical local delicacies, guided by the brewmaster. Among the products in the tasting, there will be four varieties of cow's milk cheese, pizza scima, salted ferratelle, hand-cut prosciutto, and pallotte cace e ove with tomato sauce. The craft beers offered will include four types, with the possibility to taste three 10cl samples each.
